Intro to CBCT-Guided Dental Implant Surgery
Intro
Successful dental practices are run with a few key mantras in mind— clinical outcome, patient experience, and practice profitability. Decisions on treatment modalities and their specific restorative workflows should be formulated using the same principles.
Utilizing 3D CBCT imaging, intraoral scanning, fully guided and timed surgery, as well as virtual scan body technology, the doctor is afforded a digital surgical and restorative workflow for single to full arch fixed implant therapy. Prior to surgery, a digital plan is formulated, surgical guide(s) planned and 3D printed and parts and pieces readied for surgery.
