Dr. Mike DeFee

Dr. Mike DeFee is a founding partner of The MOD Institute and oversees all clinical operations at MOD. He also serves as managing director of MOD Research, directly overseeing new research initiatives.  He has extensive experience with every major dental chairside 3D printer and works closely with many manufacturers to test the latest developments in 3D printing technology. 

He previously founded My Friend’s Dentist, a private practice in North Carolina which became the 1st Certified B-Corporation dental practice on the east coast. He stewarded the organization through a digital transformation leading to triple digit growth during his leadership.
