He began his career in 1986 and has since owned and operated three full-service dental laboratories, demonstrating his strong commitment to advancing dental care through innovation and expertise.

At AA Dental Design Inc., Frankie has established a well-respected facility that excels in both digital and conventional restorative procedures. Utilizing the latest technology, every restoration is carefully processed using CEREC, inLab, Exocad, 3Shape, Planmeca, and more, reflecting his motto: “All Digital, All the Time.” His extensive knowledge and innovative approach have made him a sought-after software beta tester and a certified advanced trainer for industry leaders like Dentsply Sirona and Patterson Dental.

Additionally, Frankie is the founder and moderator of www.aadentalondemand.com, a comprehensive digital educational platform for dental professionals. His dedication to education is further illustrated by the establishment of the Digital Dentistry Education Center, a PACE-certified training academy in Murrieta, CA, where he offers courses at all levels—basic, intermediate, and advanced—catering to both laboratory and chairside digital workflows.
